Our pricing is based on hair condition, length, and texture. Hair is not included in the price of protective/long-term styling.
We request you provide us with at least 24-hour notice to prevent cancellation fees. It’s worth noting that all Nappy Hutt salon services and product sales are final.

We require Consultations for all new salon clients to ensure that our stylists provide you with the healthiest styling options based on the condition of your hair before the salon service.
An in-depth hair analysis will be conducted, and we will introduce you to our salon philosophy.
Consultations are available from Tuesday to Friday, between 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Consultations cost $10-$45.
When booking for Nappy Hutt salon services, remember the deposit requirements to ensure you secure your appointment. We understand that deposit requirements are a hassle, but they are necessary. Therefore, we highly recommend that you plan accordingly for your next salon service at the Nappy Hutt.
To start with, for long-term styling, a minimum non-refundable deposit of $50 is required.
Additionally, a minimum $25 non-refundable deposit is required for natural hair styling services.
Furthermore, for MicroLocs/SisterLocks, as well as other specialty styling, a minimum $100 non-refundable deposit is required.
In regards to Nappy Hutt salon services, it’s important to note that the pricing is determined by the hair’s condition, length, and texture.
Additionally, any quote given is only valid for 30 days from the date of the quote.
It’s also important to know that all sales are final, and no refunds are available. However, exchanges may be discussed.

To ensure a smooth cancellation process for your Nappy Hutt salon services, it is essential to remember that we require 24-hour notice.
Failure to provide us with the required notice will, unfortunately, forfeit your deposit, and you will be subject to a 15% cancellation fee, which must be paid before scheduling your next salon service.
Your deposit will be credited to your next salon service with proper notice. Please note that this credit cannot be used for product purchases.
Tardiness Policy
Also, note that we have a strict policy on tardiness. We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. Being more than 15 minutes late will incur a 15% late fee, which must be paid immediately.
